RESIDENTIAL REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

Our residential customers can also benefit from our maintenance agreements! With this plan Sun-Ray will provide a qualified technician twice a year to inspect your air conditioning or heating system for proper operation. You will receive a written Certificate of Inspection summarizing the condition of your system. Keep in mind an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, a planned maintenance program or annual maintenance will help avoid breakdowns, and ultimately prolong the life of your equipment.
