• All of our trucks are equipped with GPS systems and are radio dispatched. Meaning we can respond to your home or office in a timely manner with the materials needed to complete the job.

NATE

Sunray’s employs NATE (North America Technician Excellence) certified service technicians and installers.  NATE certification is the highest quality certification for technicians.  This means our technicians have passed the only nationally recognized test that is supported by the entire heating and air conditioning industry and endorsed by the United States Department of Energy.

RATES

Our service rates are designed to build customer confidence with firm, upfront repair quotes, no guessing, no hourly rate, and no travel charge. For a diagnostic fee our technician will thoroughly check your complete system and give you a written evaluation of repairs if needed. This diagnostic fee is great benefit to you because there will be no extra charge if it takes longer than anticipated to find the problem.

Once a problem has been identified, the cost of the repair is taken from a flat rate pricing book; you will know the total cost, including tax, labor and material, before you authorize the repair.

All of our services are backed with a written warranty.

Free telephone advice, Our customers are encouraged to call for free telephone advice. We also welcome our customers to stop by our office for advice, to share concerns, to discuss future plans, or just to have a cup of coffee.
